This week I have been working on better eating. I have been working out since the beginning of January. So far I have lost 12 pounds :) Here are a few pictures of the food I have been making & eating.

Sugar snapped peas, cherry tomatoes, & a turkey sandwich with cheddar cheese.
Avocado on toast.
Edamame: this was my first time trying these. They are so good.
This mornings breakfast. Water, toast, eggs with cheddar, and cherry tomatoes.
Fav salad. Salmon, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, with feta.
My treat. Energy balls. They are oatmeal, choco chips, coconut, almonds, honey, and vanilla.
