I started | Fitness

I started my workout plan on Sunday. I have come to terms with the fact I am 24 years old & this weight ain't coming off :( I need to do something about it. So lucky me, my husband, he is also on the same page as me. He has been working out for 7 days straight now. We are determined. I want to be healthy, fit, & strong. We plan on having children some day & I want to teach them it's not ok to be unhealthy. My eating habits are terrible & I need to get that under control. Pinterest have really inspired me to get fit. I pin fitness pins all day long. I actually have been pinning while biking& elipticalling (is that even a word?)
Today we got up at 4 am, drank some coffee then headed to the gym. I thought that was crazy but we did it! We actually got up & was motivated. I love the feeling I get after a great workout.

I try to juice for one of my meals just to cleanse my body. I found these amazing Cara Cara Navels oh em geeeee. So delicious! 

If you're not trying to lose weight that is ok. Being healthy is all that matters. It's a life style change nothing more than that. I have to keep telling myself I am in it forever!! I think short term but this is long term baby!!!
